Building Inclusive Workforce and Supply Chain Strategies at Scale

Client: ProSearch

Sector: Corporate / HR and Procurement

Challenge: ProSearch, a eDiscovery company, recognized the need to translate its internal values around equity and inclusion into tangible workforce and supplier strategies. With increasing pressure from clients and ESG-focused investors, ProSearch sought to evolve its diversity and inclusion commitments into a measurable, industry-standard model. This included creating supplier engagement frameworks, building internal retention systems, and exploring new pathways to workforce development that could scale nationally.

IP’s Role: Intelligent Partnerships (IP) provided strategic guidance across workforce, procurement, and ESG domains. Our support included:

  • Designing a workforce-integrated equity strategy to move beyond surface-level commitments
  • Developing new supplier policy frameworks that support Small and Minority Business certification and alignment
  • Assisting ProSearch suppliers with the registration and certification process as Small Minority-Owned Businesses (SMBEs)
  • Building out measurable ESG policies and positioning statements
  • Supporting ESG reporting enhancements, resulting in a significant score increase on the EcoVadis platform
  • Initiating the design of an innovative Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) in eDiscovery—a first-of-its-kind model that merges high-skill tech work with structured on-the-job training

Pillars Delivered:

  • Advisory Services: Strategic planning and policy design for equity and ESG systems
  • Technology Integration: Development of apprenticeship alignment for future workforce scaling
  • Compliance Delivery: ESG benchmarking, equity reporting, and supplier engagement tracking

Outcomes: IP’s work with ProSearch resulted in:

  • A 53% improvement in EcoVadis ESG reporting score (20-point increase in one year)
  • Supplier registration support for multiple SMBEs
  • Formal ESG policies that reflect client and investor priorities
  • equity strategies aligned to workforce and supplier goals, not just standalone programs
  • Groundwork laid for a new eDiscovery Apprenticeship Program to expand talent pipelines in legal tech

This partnership positioned ProSearch as a forward-thinking leader in inclusive business practices, while also strengthening operational readiness for ESG audits and future growth.

How Others Can Use This: Any mid-size to large company can replicate this model to enhance supplier inclusion, build talent pipelines, and improve ESG performance.
